  • 1. Why is Steam Cleaning better than normal cleaning?

    Steam cleaning is better for two reasons:
    • a) It penetrates the fiber of the carpet at a very high pressure. Thanks to that, it does deeper than conventional vacuum cleaning without damaging your expensive carpet. The pressure of the steam is specifically chosen based on the type of the material being cleaned.
    • b) It disinfects your carpet at the time of the cleaning thanks to high temperature water must have to become steam.
  • 2. Can Steam Cleaning be safely done in small rooms?

    Absolutely. We have steam-cleaning equipment for cleaning jobs of every size. We use special compact cleaning equipment for small and tight spaces. It is an extremely safe method of cleaning and poses no danger of any kind.
  • 3. Do I have to leave the place being cleaned?

    It is recommended but not necessary. We suggest leaving the house to allow our team freedom of movement and also to allow the carpet to dry out completely before stepping on it again. If you decide to stay; however, our crew will happily work around you and your family members. We only request that you keep an eye over young children and any pets so that they do not come in direct contact with hot steam or the chemicals we use.
  • 4. Is it child safe?

    For rooms occupied by very young children we offer cleaning with steam only without the use of any chemical agents. It is one of safest and environmentally friendly methods of cleaning. It is safe to use around newborns, infants and children as long as they are under adult supervision. It is completely safe to use in nurseries and around people with sensitivity towards strong chemicals.
  • 5. Do you offer any eco friendly carpet cleaning?

    Yes. We definitely can offer a variety of ways to clean your carpet or furniture in a manner safe to Earth. In case of residential properties, we can offer a chemical free high-pressure steam cleaning. For areas that might require a more invasive cleaning, we have a variety of biodegradable solutions that we can offer to ensure the work is done in the environment friendly manner.
  • 6. What are our cancellation and rescheduling policies?

    We require you to give us at least 48 hours of notice before you cancel. Shorter notices will require you to pay a cancellation fee if you do not reschedule. Rescheduling is based on the crew’s availability and might be difficult during Holidays. We still try out best to schedule your next cleaning according to your convenience.

    Our crew is available all days of the week and we will give you prior notice within reasonable boundaries if our team cannot make it to the job due to natural calamities and acts of God.
